Well, nowadays when landlords are doing credit reports and background checks that's a bit excessive to me, but when they start putting their liberal know better than you nose IN YOUR place, that's ENOUGH!!!

I've totally lost the plot....
having 20+ PAIRS of speakers, constitutes a heck of a lot of speaker cables (as you'd guys would know), and I was told, that "....in their professional opinion, that constitutes a FIRE HAZARD".
try figure THAT one out.

sing along now boys n' girls....

.... and THEY reckon that someone might trip over a wire if a fireman tried to get through to fight a fire that would have to spontaneously combust, that's once the electricity somehow got through my fuses, surge-protectors, and anti-shock devices, while trying to get to an amp that was OFF, and still managed to get through to the speaker cables on the way to the speakers.
my strategically placed smoke detectors (3 of them) and my fire extinguisher, and ME, aren't enough of a guarantee, that i'd be able to handle such an emergency.

I AM SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW, and SUPER DEPRESSED.

anyway, looks like it might have to go to a tribunal.
i just keep asking myself, ".... why ME?" all the friggin' time.

Those who enter the man cave will get WOPLed
If you disconnect and put away all the wires would that be enough? Or are they picking on everything that's in the room?

nah, they're pretty well picking on everything.
they expect people to have the basics, eg like a motel room. i've got a bit more than that in here. :(
it constitutes no hazard. it's cat proof. that should say it all!
morons.
i'm dealing with a female, so the whole thing is sexual discrimination, 'cause we all know wot women think of OUR 'boys toys'.

FFS. Have you had routine inspections before without any problems? Sounds like this bitch is from hell.

George - I hope you can get through this without doing something drastic. It seems to me that a landlord/manager dictating that your home doesn't meet their standards even though it is safe is pretty fc%ked up. Some say ignorance is bliss but not in this case. Good luck and I hope all is well with you.

Maybe they need their thinking adjusted by an AWA member with a strategically placed Kriesler...

Happy Birthday, George! Is your birthday on December 10th? We're not quite there, yet.

Well, George... can we toast your birthday, or not? Derek is going to have a nightcap, regardless. I would have to spike my coffee with Sambuca to celebrate.

Nando.

Happy birthday George - cheers dude!

I may have found someone to blow out your candle. She's a cowgirl and from what I've heard - stump broke! :confused2:
