That's almost four hands.

many hands make light work.... (i haven't got a clue wot that's s'posed to mean.)

anyway, here's my latest pic. (sorry it's a bit dark, but that's me.)
.... and there's my baby JBL's all the way on top, but i just finished flipping 'em over, (a bugger with only one good arm to use), but now the tweets are on the bottom.
i must figure out a way how to get 'em down a bit lower tho'.

sounds great! (but then, of course I'd say that.)
:laughing9:

That's quite the wall of sound you have there. I can see why you'd need to be in the kitchen to get the proper spacing.

almost enough to give even a WOPL a decent workout.
you have no idea of wot's behind that lot, and because it's always out of sight, i forget wot i have too!
i'll try to get some snaps for the family album.....
... back soon.

Oh - WOW. What an amazing collection you have G. I recognize some of what you have but damn there's some serious stuff behind your wall just lurking. Those big arse horns are amazing. Do you use them in your system? Those aren't K horns - there more like triple D horns.

A Kailin EL84 tube amp? Sweet.

the Kailin is just the original shell. it has a totally different 6x EL84 setup. 2 drivers and 4 outputs.
it's the work of a really clever friend of mine. (he's also my PL fixer-upperer).
it's funny how i always go back to it. it's just THAT nice, and suits my baby studio monitors perfectly. (and the room)

the horns are the JBL 2360A's with JBL 2441 drivers. they're not being used right now. just overkill. more than a triple D handful, that's for sure!
they and the J-Bins they're sitting on are normally bi-amped (anything from 400Hz to 2KHz depending on wot i'm listening to) with a pl700 on the bottom and the 400 for mid/highs. there's also a pair of JBL 077 Slots that go with the horns crossed at 10K. there's also an 8" JBL that i stick in every now and then. (just thought i'd mention that to you especially Nav.....) :laughing9:

Lovely, don't even know what half that stuff is, but you sure have plenty of toys in your play pen, I'd never leave the house. I do recognise a pioneer cassette deck with the door cover missing sitting in that cabinet, it is identical to one my uncle owned, and is the first decent deck I ever used at age 7, even recorded a mix tape on it from vinyl when I was 12, great memories. Nice gear, you have utilized the space well George :thumbright:

nah, i dunno wot half of it is either D2.
yep, that's a Pioneer. found it somewhere. it'll come in useful for something i'm sure. there's lots of bits inside to 'recycle'.

It was the first time I experienced "Music Search" on a deck, I was blown away by that capability. I used the deck in 1 week more than my uncle used it in 1 year. The sound was brilliant. If I could get my hands on one the same I'd restore it for old times sake. One will show up some day.

u can have this one. just pay postage.....

I returned the NAD 3150 amp tonight and donated some speaker wire so my friend could hook up both pairs of his yamaha speakers. He's really happy with the sound, a bit more of everything sound wise. He will be playing quite a few albums over again to experience the new sound, was great to see a smile on his face.

No problems, all in good time.

i'll get that sucker out next day or so and get it boxed and posted to wherever you want it posted to.
fix me up after that. i've over spent my postal budget for the next month, otherwise i wouldn't worry about it.

now i must ask..... (seriously...)
do you mind if it comes in a brown box?
'some' people have an aversion to brown. (ask Lee....)
