I suggest a nut under each of the plastic control board standoffs. Keeps those long screws secure. You also gain 1 nut width of extra spacing away from the backplanes. Should be enough thread left to use a nylon washer and nut after the control board is mounted.
Those long plastic standoffs tend to "relax".
When you order chassis, you get a longer SS screw and longer nylon standoff as well. The chassis has the room to take you higher... :)

Gene, pair your AC primary wires to and from the thermal breaker. Wasn't sure if you were going to run them across the top or the middlIe. was only commenting on your "nut' placement. Joe suggests running them across the middle.
I'm going to do it the old way across the top, then down, on my next build.

Yes, the 1 and 2 hole are for your AC feed to the DC Protect Board...400 only needs 1 wire, 700 needs 2 wires

yes sir...havent had time to address the wiring totally....the boards are complete...i remember how it was the last time...tomorrow i cut wires for backplanes...and run the wire for ac dcp board...
mount them up...

Pad "1" or "2" on that Bridge/Snubbers board for the 400. (700 will use both pads)

thanks sooo much...
i am less "cocky ..know it all...this build...
i feel less confident because of previous assumptions..am reading more...i think the build is better this go round...i kinda know what to expect...and i appreciate the extra eyes!!
