I saw B.O.C. at Mardi Gras in Galveston about 15 years ago. Looked like they were on their last leg then. Really surprised they're still around.

"Quebec" a compilation of Quebec music

and a CD I've wanted for years, "Gorilla in the Mix" by Bernie Krause and Human Remains - the whole thing is sampled animal noises with rhythm and melody. I first heard one track of it, Jungle Shoes, on a Rykodisc sampler, and fell in love. This CD - listening now - is like no other.
