There is only 2 of the RCA's, nice sil pads on them. I guess the ON ones are the Peavey one's Joe mentioned. Are they close to a 410? What the NEC's? Equivalents to the 909's?
I was planning on ordering heat sink compound from PE since I'm ordering a few other things anyway, but they are out. Is there any real difference or will the Ebay stuff work the same? How much does it usually take to do all 16? I dont want to grill the outputs as soon as I get them installed. In case you guys didn't notice yet, I build NFL goalposts and run mills and lathes for a living. I'm somewhat dense when it comes to this. But, I'm gonna learn as I go. I'm stubborn that way.
You have no Idea. Goalposts have over 20 hand machined separate components milled to a few thousandths of an inch tolerance. Quite a complicated process. We set whole crossbars on a poor little Bridgeport with an overhead crane all day long. I build all kinds of cool little parts for all kinds of things... then I come home and crank out some music. I love my job. Thank you for the info.
We also have a couple Trak cnc mills. I love running these machines. We're getting a state of the art Fryer tomorrow. I'm psyched.... I'll have access to the laser soon and If all goes well with this project want to make a laser cut/etched Stainless faceplate.
Vertical mill with tool changer. I have yet to see it, and I'm getting a crash course on programming it. From what I'm told, nothing like the Bridgeports or Trak. With any luck, I won't crash it in the crash course. We'll see. No guts, no glory.

Brake cleaner is my go to when all else fails. Sounds like you like your job also. I get dirty and bust my ass, use my head, and create solutions. Don't get much better. Plus I have access to machines to make anything I want.
