Okay, here goes. When I tested the outputs at first, after blowing the pico fuse, I tried testing them using the ohms function and when I did that all the MJ21196's tested bad... When I did the diode test they tested ok. Well, I did as Joe suggested and tacked a 10ohm resistor in place of the pico fuse and am bringing up the amp with backplanes installed just like when a new install. I installed the bottom row of transistors and did a resistance check from output cases to chassis ground. The cases of the MJ21196's on both channels are measuring 2.8M ohms to ground....?
