That's cool...You love your system and I love mine...we're both happy and that's what it's all about, after all. I am going to have to go full complimentary this winter though. I've blown my budget for the summer, so that has to wait.

That sounds like a real cool thing...maybe we can do it later in the summer, before the snow flies. It would have to be after August though...
It would be really cool if we could get road trips going around the forum...it's great talking and sharing experiences about our systems but there's nothing like face to face!

i agree 100%... i think im coming to grand rapids on aug 24th so maybe we can plan around then..

Grills are done and I got the last coat of clear on the boards to build the bases.
I decided to clear the boards first instead of building then finishing. You can do it either way, as YMMV


New boards for the base.

Red arrows are how glossy they are and smooth as a baby's...........
Put new gaskets on all drivers. Used this stuff works really good to seal the drivers to the cab's

Will use this stuff to reseal the cabinets. Will not hurt the drivers at all.

Grills on

Its been too hot here for me to do any more sanding on the cabinets, but I'll get er done soon enough.
