Kristin has a friend over. She came down to where im sitting and said, "WOW you have a lot of CD's" followed by "you have discs?" Then made a gesture with her hands to show a big circle and said "those big round black things".... I replied with "records". That was the end of that conversation.

It's kind of fun at the record bins at Half Price Books stores when parents show their kids records but otherwise it's gets kind of old to hear people joke about trying to put them in their CD players, etc. On the other hand...keep it up folks it nice to have no competition when those old UK Yes, Pink Floyd records, etc are left in the bins for me!
The biggest reason people are dying when GM ignition switches fail is probably that this new generation has never learned how to drive a car when the power systems quit, braking, steering...maybe 1974 Delta 88s should be mandatory drivers ed cars. Maybe they just freak out and give up. All over a spring failing in the ignition switch.
In additions to the holes at GM that hid the fact that the switches were bad.
It's like we lose touch with reality if something is gone for two seconds. And nobody teaches these things anymore.
Haven't rolled the Pig in place yet. Got some crossover caps to replace, they sound like ass compared to yours today...when you come to town next time , bting the one and we'll swap that one cap out, the melted one...
What an overlooked and under-rated album.
The dynamic range, channel sep and over all engineering on that album is pretty remarkable considering the year of its release.
