Thanks Lee, for the encouraging words. I'm feeling more confident and relaxed with this build. With all the help and advice given on the 400 Build, My nerves aren't quite as bad. I appreciate all the help from the members here. Thanks Guys,You're getting more consistent on your meniscus....

The left board has the bias transistor offset slightly from the PCB hole and could damage the leads when trying to mount the p-clamp on the chassis standoff.
I agree. I keep a bottle of liquid flux and a jar of paste handy all of the time, For those instances I use 99% alcohol to clean them. For most jobs I use the water soluble flux when the piece can go to the sink.Sometimes you HAVE to use a drop or two of the Rosin Flux especially on old shitty wire or untinned connectors so you'd be at it for a while with water.
