Who's havin' weiners on the 4th?

Stu's Summer Salad, seedless cucumbers and red onions in cider vinegar with
hot peperochini juice
Vlasic Zesty pickle juice
green olives in a jar juice
fresh cracked black pepper
dash of kosher sea salt

let marinate in the fridge for 24 hours or more. Save cutting up tomato's till when your ready to eat (they get too mushy). Same with drizzling olive oil on, wait...

to make it Sonoran style, add a med can of green chili's :cheers:

Make sure to toss the salad every few hours, or it'll get cranky :mrgreen:
