Which Ones Would Make Good Projects..?

Thanks for the heads up on the PL preamp. I picked up a Carver C1 recently so we'll see how it works out.

Haven't checked it but the only problem with the Sansui is supposed to be the phono section is noisy..? I'll check the Carver after I get the Sansui G7000 done.

How is it noisy? Hum? Did the last owner have a bad ground cable on their phonograph or just not use it? Did they try to run a line output to it (which is a no-no)?
