I have it partially apart. Going in further today. I have to get the child toys out of my garage so I can get to it to try and fix. The company still makes them; but I don't have a price. This morning I think I'm going to fire up the ole cassette deck and make a master tape. Just set up the deck. LOL Funny music for sure. I have to laugh. 2 songs so far and sound the same. Luckily it is only a 45 minute tape. That Is a C-45.

Well I made the master tape. I found a valve and solenoid on ebay. I pulled the old one. It was filthy inside. Haven't figured out how it works. I might put it back in since I cleaned it up. I just hate having to wrap everything a couple times to find out it still doesn't work. I got the valve on ebay cheap. I have so much to do at this time of year. Inside and outside. I have to get my priorities in order. Have a bunch of stuff to list on my site I just bought and the tapes I have for sale. I'll get it all done oneday and there will be more to do. LOL

Well I have part of the loader working. I have lost about 100 feet of tape on the floor. LOL Can't get vacuum to the leader puller. Pretty soon I will have to get a bigger air compressor. Or wear ear plugs while I work. I doesn't shut off. It keeps up pace but it runs 100% of the time. May have to order some more valves. I was hoping to get it fixed by Monday; but my back is killing me. I may just end up jury rigging it. See what happens with constant vacuum. It does have a logic board. No lights are on so it says everything is working. Bought an automotive vacuum gage to check my vacuum. I have to have 16 in. HG So we shall see.

Well I got a new valve in and the loader still doesn't work. Had to buy a vacuum pump for it so it would work better than an internal one. Going to clean all the valves. Some are sticking in the manifolds. So I'm going to clean them and treat them with Teflon. Had money saved for the cassette printer but had to buy the pump. Think I'll go with some recording today. Try to get some music you guys haven't heard n the TT today.

PO can't get on the Phoenix site to add new products. Jerry I'm getting like you. I'm about to ask for my money back and we just do it ourselves. I'm mad. It was doing it yesterday also.
