TS got a bad rap man... clumped in where they shouldnt be. Their albums and live performances proved they were much different than their MTV persona. Great band IMO.
 
Goose creek symphony- est. 1970
If you've never heard them SLF you got to check them out. Heavy hillbilly/psych very crazy. But very very good. I would recommend any of or all there 70s lp's

:thumbup: I've had that one for a few years, tasty stuff. I ran across clean copies of 2 of other GC LPs on the Capitol label from early 70s (Welcome & Words Of Ernest) but they're buried in a stack of unsorted records, not yet listened to them. So much music from that period - the major record labels and studios must have been having a blast discovering and recording all these bands. These guys were out of Phoenix and apparently are still performing.

One of today's record store scores!
Really good depth and top end extension meaning the dynamic range is outstanding.
Gain is way up and the recording sounds clear & punchy like it is suppose to.
Should transcribe to tape nicely.

I go to a festival of about 2 to 300 ppl In south western KY every year called goose on the lake. I like all there stuff they have ever done, there still great. I have a copy of all there lp's sealed. Plus listeners I suggest trying to find head for the hills and do your thin but don't touch mine also welcome to goose creek. And all there cd's are great goin home,I don't know ,oso special plus all the live stuff they are so good IMO !!!

Crusaders is a great album also, good choice Jason! I think I own all the 80s Saxon albums, none of their newer stuff though. They seem quite pricey

Anyway... really getting my 80s on now

Lee Harvey Oswald Band original 1989 release on Touch 'n Go Records. Kind of a wierd mix of Garage Rock and Industrial noise
