what are you listening to?

Nilsson - Duit On Mon Dei
(1975, RCA) TML-M in the deadwax, mastered at The Mastering Lab

w/ Ringo, Dr. John, Van Dyke Parks, Doug Dillard

ACDC - Fly On The Wall, cd.

If you'd believe it, this has been the hardest ACDC lp for me to track down. Short of ordering one online, I have yet to see an original in a record shop.

I believe it, I see the other popular AC/DC titles an order of magnitude more often. I was lucky to run across a nice copy at a garage sale in my neighborhood a few years ago.

Ha, yeah... its not like there is any shortage of Back In Black's kickin around.

Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band - Feeling The Space
(1973, Apple) MASTERED BY Capitol Wly in the deadwax, mastered by Wally Traugott

To funny !!! The Great Yoko lmfao. Instead of the spyphinx however u spell that lol. Man that's to funny

The Great Angry Yoko on this record. She was still dealing with John leaving her for a lost weekend/year with May Pang. "She Hits Back" "Woman Power" "Men, Men, Men" "Angry Young Woman"

A cat in heat yowling on the fence is more musical then Yoko

Ha, she actually refrains from scatting or whatever it is she does on other Plastic Ono titles. Really nice sonics and the band is great with Sneaky Pete, Jim Keltner, David Spinozza, and Dr Winston O' Boogie himself on a couple tracks.

That has Jim keltner and sneakey Pete on it? Wow I did not know that. Huh she's got a good band that's for sure. Gonna have to hear it now!!

Worth a listen, my copy is cut by Wally Traugott and the sonics are jaw dropping. Not an LP you're likely to run across too often for obvious reasons I guess, but I'm impressed.

The same guys were used by Lennon on the Mind Games LP which came out around the same time as Yoko's record and the same time as they were having marital problems.

Another one I picked up for a decent price but has been sitting on the shelf unopened until now,

Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory, lp.

Jefferson Airplane - Long John Silver
(1972, Grunt)
