imo its a tie because i lump them as a band lol gary rossington is my fav guitar player of all time but the 2 rossington band lps from the 80's i dont talk about. lol
 
im not a dead fan either but i can get them riled up pretty quick lol my wife always tells me im to opinionated about music lol but i know what "I" like lol

100% agreed i talked shit about trey but i never knocked his talent.ive been forced to see them a bunch and they are tight as hell.but im not a fan .personally i think garcia sucks as a player but theres a million others that would fight me over that. its all about taste.

Yeah...kinda a huge blanket statement there. Kinda like saying slide guitar is boring as hell therefore Duane Allman sucked ;)

how do you get that? im saying in my mind it sucks because i dont like it.that dont have nothing to do with talent. i think moe sucks but are they talented yes. i aint trying to blanket nothing. thats why ppl have favorite bands so they can talk shit about the others lol. its all about taste

Blanket statement was that Garcia sucks as a player. If you are a player then you no better for sure. That being said, you'd only something like that to piss others off. Hence me findin slide kinda boring and hackish and when I really want to piss people off I say Duane sucks and is a hack as he leans on the slide in liue of talent

i call a truce lol. im to stoned you will have me going allnight lol. plus my download for the hardworking americans new lp just came in.im stoked its a new band with todd snider on vocals dave schools bass neal cassal guitar duane trucks drums and keyboard from great american taxi. hell yeah downloading now

Ok, I gotta get one more though as that band sounds full of Phish copycats ;)

Remember when Phish was taking a break and WSP was coming and everyone jumped on their scene cuz Phish was gone. People kept telling me how great they were and all I could say was "I've already heard Phish" ;)

Now Al from moe. and I used to be gear swapping friends. I like moe. but got board with the jam scene and moved on to stoner rock where I started swapping gear with Josh Homme....

im a good freind of todd snider lol its funny how all they got got together. but yeah widespread and blues traveler were gonna take over lol
that went well didnt it. widespread is better with jimmy herring in band but still.im not a big jammer but i go to alot to see mule and tedeschi trucks.
i literlly just seen the wanne lineup and ill be damned if trey and skynyrd are both playin lmfao.just announced today and i just seen it lol. i might go because i can get in for free with skynyrd lol
