Very true!
Saw him live (for the 2nd time) a couple years back; an amazing World Sinfonia ensemble show.
A consummate entertainer to be sure. The dude always focuses on quality and presentation.

I recommend any of his work from 2000 onward for the production value and
for system demonstration purposes...if for nothing else. If you happen to like his
style of playing & arrangement, then all the better.

His Telarc discs are real testaments to what the CD format can bring to the table...
assuming a capable system.

A mix of my favorite tracks from Brain Salad, Tarkus but added in some other tracks from the Manticore (Red) Box Set I borrowed from a pal;
From the Beginning, Lucky Man, among others - to give proper pause between the more extensive & epic tracks.
Brain Salad and Tarkus match up nicely per my tastes in ELP; never get tired of it.
