Thanks Joe,

I've been listening to it all day. Touch the volume knob and it seems to go up 20 db. When we installed
board my unit must be a little different. The left side connection wires were the same as the right side.
(No two grays). See picture attached for great White Oak install. My brother in law who did the soldering
(Master Solderer) was sent by his company for a day of training at the Naval Weapons Laboratory. He had
to hand strip wires, they would look at them under a microscope and if there was a nick on one of the strands
the work would be rejected. This time was a lot easier as he had his electric heat stripper.

Not only does it sound fantastic but it looks great.

Very pretty install, you and your brother in law did a first rate assembly and installation. Enjoy! Your amp is good for another 40 years now.
