Feeding the 700 WOPL a 0-80 Hz slice of spectrum from the MiniDsp to the 2 Utimax subs. The -20 dB switch is on to "match" the Cylon meters between the two amps. The 400 WOPL is driving the JBLs with full spectrum.
First day I've really been able to crank the system "home alone" since the 700 build. Looking at output balance between the two amps, meter balance, heating as I refuse to use fans.
I'm appearing to get the same output with the volume at 10 o'clock with the 50k attenuators as I used to get at 12 o'clock with the 100k.
Gotta love those Cylon meters, peg them and they don't break.

So my hearings ruined for the next couple days. System is SOLID and pounds LOUD , CLEAR and is balanced. Both amps run cool, no way a fan is needed, and yes, transistor covers are on both amps.
A 400 WOPL handled the subs nicely before the 700 was installed, a 700 WOPL doesn't hardly even get warm and is utter complete overkill.
Now to find some quality USA made 2-way active crossovers with real knobs, switches, and RCA jacks and put the MiniDsp back into the garage system. I never imagined I'd ever have a system like this! I love it.
