The Bomber including Ravel's Bolero here is listed at 7:04 - subsequent pressings clock in at 5:39 after the Ravel estate requested that the piece be removed.

Mannheim Steamroller - Fresh Aire

The Fresh Aire series is a favorite of mine. Replays are a must with system changes and upgrades. Currently testing 24-bit/192khz recording capability with new sound card, also at correct speed since adjusting on the 160 super. Phono Pre is now connected directly to soundcard instead of through the main pre to eliminate as much noise possible. No more use of loading resistors at this stage as they introduce noise into the audio chain. Need to get some higher quality plugs and test to see if I can get the noise down with those. Even though not audible at listening levels, don't like any noise being there, especially for recordings.

No, just standard ones from electronic shop. I'll look into getting some better ones. I wasn't aware there were low noise ones. Thanks for mentioning bud.

Mannheim Steamroller - Fresh Aire II

This time on the TD 165/OM20 combo.

 
This is a rather obscure Doors release pressed in West Germany, 2lp gatefold The Best of the Doors. Most folks are more familiar w/ the red/white cover single lp US version. I believe this is a Record Club only release in the US and were a very small press run

Nice. recycling the first picture from another copy - the gatefold unipak cover on this one has equivalent ring wear, this title seems to be one of those which attracts ring wear.
