what are you listening to?

Oh, I believe it. Sometimes you just get lucky. I'll never forget the day the thrift shop had a stack of original Blue Note and Prestige records at 50 cents a pop.

Michael Schenker - Built To Destroy, Chrysalis Records, 1983.

No. Split, Nightclub, Smash and Live a Fortnight in France.

Will see if library has Companion.

Companion has some great cover songs and some great originals, plus it's a very well engineered live recording...

The Spacegoat is still here. He made it through "Museum of Consciousness" , Moby-"Play" and now "Are You Shpongled".....

We kicked him out the door on "The Crystal Method"----Vegas, track 4

Oh he's around here somewhere...the little punk. Already stabbed me twice today!

Just basking in the glow listening to Patricia. Nightclub on the Sony now...Bye Bye Blackbird.

This chick likes the bass eh? Rattles the windows on a few cuts.

Besides...Tiger is my listening bud. Either curled on my chest or in the next chair. Really mellow cat.

Ah..finally a peek behind the curtain..

not as interesting as a peek behind the curtain from Navlinear.

The Rega TT wall mount was a weekend project that I finally got around to. I wasn't unhappy with the previous location on the equipment rack but I'm happy with the results. the P9 likes the isolation and delivers additional details. The mount is into weight bearing studs - but the wall still pickups vibration/hum at high volumes. still tweaking, in the meantime I can lift the TT onto the equipment shelf below the rack for listening w/ more decibels.

10-4 on the Navy comment. It didn't occur to me about the isolation. When I'm at hi decibels the walls are the things that move the most...

Yeah, I'd do better mounting to a solid wall but this is a typical house with drywall on studs. But I haven't started to look at room treatments I think a lot of room for improvements there. Have heard good things about and I'm looking at these guys.
