Off topic but a subject interesting to many here I think - turntable playback and phono cartridges. Peter Ledermann of Soundsmith.

I talked with Peter a while back at RMAF and I almost purchased an Otello at that time. Nice guy, nice carts and an excellent vid, SLF.

Nice Nick, he would certainly be interesting to talk with. Besides the in-depth phono discussion, it was interesting to hear his comments about mentoring and regaining a generation of listeners and engineers.

Neil Young - On The Beach
(1974, Reprise)

recycled pictures. I purchased this record in new in 1974, and it's always been a favorite. Have seen NY in concert a few times, always a great memorable performance.

A new entry to my Nebula stack ...

To The Center

Good tempo changes, good track-to-track hook-ups.
I enjoy these guys and how their albums are arranged, just like Jelly Jam even thought they aren't prog.

2 LP compilation, listening to record 1. Wow, The Move did a cover of Love/Arthur Lee's Stephanie Knows Who. I did not know that.

Victim of the record bug since age five
Going way back to the first post in this thread:
major 80's Disco here, Bronski Beat, Communards, and of course some Frankie :sign10: :blob7:
A night of cocktails, got some of my old disco singles out. There were more, after the fourth Black Russian I decided that I didn't wanna fool with the camera anymore.

Love Mr. Mustache's hairdo! The late 60s/early 70s- what a wild time it was!
