Love Tumbleweed Connection. Played several cuts off of it on the FM station back in the day. It let us play Elton without joining in all the overplaying of his hits by our competitors.

never got into country music much...pretty selective ....youre the better man!!!
I love good country. Especially county western.
But then then I also listen to a lot of Sleep, Kyuss, Type O Positive stoner and death metal also.
Been into The Three Suns lately. They were a 1950s pop group that were very popular. I have a few of their LPs and there's plenty on YouTube.
Purported to be Mamie Eisenhower's favorite group.
They're pretty chill. Organ and accordion, instrumentals. Lots of the old, old classic tunes.
