Welcome nelsress

You were absolutely correct in your assumption, great view Nav, I loved it, thanks! ;) I was stationed at Torrejon Air Base, just outside of Madrid, what great duty, I loved living in Spain. I did go TDY to Aviano, Italy a couple times, I loved it there too. We also did TDY stints at Incirlik CDI in Turkey-not nearly as nice, but not horrible. Where in Italy were you stationed?

I heard that the duty there was good but I never made it to Madrid. I spent a little time on the Med side of Spain tho..

I was stationed about 30 minutes south of Aviano at a small Army site. Sort of a cross between MASH and Stripes - too much fun.

Welcome to Phoenix...you'll find everything you need here to go maximum Phase Linear.

Thanks!

Well the PL 400 from Lee arrived today in it's holocaust resistant crate and it looks even nicer than the photos Lee sent of it! Thanks Lee, it even came with the 16,800uF cap stacks and mounting plate-great deal! Other than the White Oak stuff, it only lacks one fuse holder cap, which I assume can be found at Radio Shack or somewhere easy.

I was just on the White Oak site trying to determine which items to order for a complete "makeover" of this vintage beauty.

I really appreciate all the welcomes and offers of assistance-it's a great group.

The driver board. And a set of fully comp backplane boards. An LED light board. From Mouser....8-MJ21195's and 8 MJ21196's.

A 35 amp bridge rectifier, 4-.01uf/400 volt polypropylene caps for the BR.
That's just off the top of my head out in the field right now. A Don Imlay DC protect board....

Sorry about the fuse cap Nelson. If I had noticed it I would have put one on...

Also, Joe with White Oak posts here as Gepetto....you can PM your order here.

I'm late to the party welcoming you but indeed welcome and looking forward to your progress in getting your very own WOPL. I think you will fall out of your chair when you get to hear one in person!!!
