Yes - there are sooooooo many perturbations of connectorsand accessories it's hard to fathom. I’menclosing a photo of our connector encyclopedia collection - and this is a partial set. The three books on the left and the largebinder towards the right of the photo are the military circular connector books. Many of the connectors we use come from a localcompany that has over thirty thousand square feet of storage – connectors only. We'll order a specific connector from them and they will build them with the requested inserts, contacts, clocking and backshells to meet our requirements.

And that's just electrical, then there's mechanical, hydraulic, steam, water, sanitary, rf, .....a very complicated world sometimes!!
