The K's win by 31lbs & 3hz.
Do you prefer ported speakers?

Both speaks have rear ports. And everything I've ever owned has been ported. I don't know if I'd call that a preference though.

My only experience with horns is way too dated to remember.

That's why I posted the other thread about peeps impressions about AMT tweets vs. horns a while back.

The K's are 90 by 90 dispersion, so from a purely spec standpoint - that seems a better way to go...

Mike (mkuhl2000) and I are planning on hitting the Klipsch factory in Hope soon. Would be cool if I can demo those bad boys with some of my own CD's.
I also have a friend that manages a Magnolia Center and I'm waiting on him for some info. The prob is, he's on the West Coast, so I can't demo any good stuff - no Magnolia showrooms in this neck of the woods...

If I was riding around down there I'd stop by Bob Crites place too, just to check his stuff out & maybe talk a bit.

Yeah, shit he's in Hope too ain't he?
His website says Russellville, which is to the north-west of Little Rock. Past Conway, headin' to Fort Smith on the I-40.

Hope is down to the south-west, towards Texarkana... so hours apart essentially.
