So my father got working on his sub cabinet to supplement the Starks. We're looking at a crossover frequency between 100-150hz for this cabinet with 0dB response to 20hz. This will be run for now by a QSC USA 900 low freq, and his Sansui AU-7900 high freq.

Dad hasn't forgot then....has he....
I was riding with my 83 year old Grandfather a couple years ago and God bless him he is till strong as a Ox to this day. It was spring and the ladies were coming out of hibernation after a Canadian winter. The short shorts and tight tops... Oh lala. I was sneaking a peak out of the comer of my eye, then figured I should look back towards the road and Grandpa was neck twisted right around checking out a beautiful honey. We just looked at each other and he said "Grandson, THAT NEVER get old"!

Amen...bless his heart. My Grandpa Laatsch died when he was 96, had a bottle of Viagra in his pocket and one in his nightstand at the nursing home. He was very popular the nurses said...

I remember visiting my great grandpa George, the nurses all had "muffins"!for him but I was too young to get it.

Think my my father made some headway this weekend but I don't have pics yet, I'll rectify that ASAP.

So my dad reworked the port, keeping the same
tuning. He did it more for appearance than I guess, he's planning on covering it with a cloth to match the Starks and eventually put this system in the house although I think he is hesitant due to having solid tunes in the shop/man cave.

Im looking at doing this sub build for my uncle. He is who got my father and later myself into audio. He Runs his home studio on a single PL 400. I recently scored him an Ashly FET2000? I think. It's got some nuts and I'm thinking of building him 2 of these subs to supplement his low frequency.
