No, no neerd really, I haven't seeen caps wrapped. Not much to replace on them buggers. A couple caps, but I'm not a speaker guy and there maybe some folks with some better ideas...

Honestly just changing caps out to bigger and better prob wouldn't accomplish much would it?
A lot of actual speaker component failure is due to passive x-o's over heating and failing, therefore it would be best to upgrade the voltage handling capability of your x-o before you start pumping all that extra power into your box.

... as Lee suggested. Swap out the caps to start with. Maybe even use a heatsink on that resistor.
Don't know about the smaller inductors. The big one looks OK, but the smaller sealed ones may go, if they're thin wired. Anything coiled is gonna have problems with heat.
I'd google it and see wot pops up. I'm sure others have already addressed this somewhere.

GE if you can find them made some very nice Polyester film caps...
Is there anyway someone would be so kind as to link me to something so I know what I'm looking at. Can cap values b diff or what?? I really am pretty clueless but 100% willing to listen and learn!!

That's gonna take some one besides me......I don't believe you want to change cap values. They determine crossover points...
