The simple fact they will NEVER be built l;ike this again has given rise to the " I need a spare for the spare" thing.

I totally agree, Lee! Would you mind being my sponsor?

Sure thing Nando, haven't run up against a case worker or "counselor" I couldn't out talk yet.

Robert, please don't think I'm dissin' your nice rig, I can be a bit blunt sometimes

styx has a nice Sansui set up

This forum leans kinda heavy on the Pioneer's and Phase Linear's, so anything diff is way cool!!

Some folks think my SAE gear is ugly, but I don't care
I love my G-7500 but would also love to find a 9090 as well...maybe one day.

Hello Styx, I have a lot of Sansuis myself, just wondering what bulbs did you put in the G7500? Them lights ROCK !

I like the looks of the 9090, very cool. And soundwise, I think it beats the 9000 as well. That whole series just does it well.

Hi Lee,

That is a very nice receiver....... The 8080 without the db suffix just does not have the dolby section. I really need to get my 9090db re-capped so it can go back in service.
