PLWO's or WOPL's????????????

No actually they want a textured type finish to break up standing waves that propagate down the throat. A smooth finish would only exacerbate that problem.

OK... I guess all the sanding is for a good thight fit ? Yea... I got no problem with that ! I got a good sander ! And plenty of paper !!!!

Kev, 90% is done with a rasp type file, but you have to maintain the flare. The guy at Fastlane really has made it pretty easy, by making the horn a series of progressively larger segments it's not that hard, just gotta pay attention to what you are doing.
