Phase Linear Dual 500 / White Oak Audio PL14 Control Board

I am new to this forum, please be patient with me.

I am sure many have asked this before, but is there a way to upgrade a Phase Linear Dual 500 (D-500, but mine is a "Dual 500) using a White Oak Audio PL14 control board? I Have built 2 so far, one for a 700 Series II that I have and one for a 400Series II I also have. I know the rails are around +/- 120V where the 700 Series II is +/- 105V.

Also, do these boards improve slew rate and are there any measurements to that end?

Again, I am new and these questions have been probably asked already. I had talked to Joe of White Oak Audio earlier this year and he referred me to Glenn Lambert on this site.
