the c6 you are referring to is the c8 (100uf@25v) on the 400c ...
that is the one i reversed and blew 5 output TRANSISTORS...
changing the value from 100 to 470 will not cause a repeat performance....lol

Not me, that was a Joe write up....

yep C8 on a PL400C board...25, or 50 volt /470uf Nichicon Muse or other brand audio grade cap. This cap is in the audio path....
Diodes are 1N4148...

No, but it will improve the low frequency response...

seems i am the only sane person in the room....
hope your day proceeds without too much more hassle...
just found out another website we use to import our things here (aeropost) was hacked as well as the hacienda...
had to do the credit card fraud dodgeball....again...
that was fun...
"aint life grand"....(are you paying attention sniff...another lame one just for you!!!....
did anybody pay the ransom for abebar???
