The Bias reading will probably not change much, now that you have two rows of Output Transistors installed. The real Bias check is after all your Output Transistors have been installed and the amplifier has been producing some serious music for thirty minutes or so - it will be nice and warm.
Or in Lee's case about two minutes at Mach 10 through the Klipschorns!
That's sorta what I figured. I didn't mess with it. I won't be too far behind Lee, I tend to push the Polks pretty hard sometimes....:D

Well Guys, I put Sherri in the system last night and listened for about 2hrs. Run Her through my normal system check songs. Hell Yeah, Is all I can say. Vocals sounded Clean and Clear, The Drums Punchy and Crisp, Dead Quiet at Music stops in the middle of a song, also between songs, Sounded Really, Really good.(Excellent work Joe). It got to where I was running only 30sec of a song, Just see what it sounded like. I couldn't listen to a whole song. I was Loving it, Up to the point where Marvin decided to make an appearance....:D

I figured since it run for 2hrs, Lets check the Bias. Shut it down, Removed the top cover, Hooked up test leads and fired Her back up. Had around 0.330v on the Left. Looking over the Bias setting Instructions....OOPS, I still had the Speaker/RCA leads still hooked up. Shut it down, Removed the Speaker/RCA leads and fired it back up. The meters pegged out and Kaboom blew the main fuse. I removed test leads and put cover back on. Today, I brought it up with Variac and DBT, Light started glowing, Heard the relay kick on, Bulb dimmed, Meter lights glowing. She sat and idled for a good 2hrs, Still hooked to DBT, I can flip test switch off and then on with no issues. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Sorry to hear you have an issue but sooner or later we all get one or two. Make sure when you need to shut it down, and do a quick fire up, let her rest for a minute or three. The caps don't like the quick power up and power down or visa versa/vice versa..................Here ya go, You earned your wings bro.............
