I can almost guarantee you, after getting one put on the horns (well actually--2) I'll be having Eric build some more. there arent many hardcore HI FI nuts up here (that have money), but we are serious about HIGHH FIDELITY....... Won't have to sell it, just sit em in the masters chair and get it...

Joe, those new meters would make a 400 pretty damn sexy.....
Especially with a faceplate to rival that of the model one. I will post some proto photos soon...

Proto only, missing the chamfer machined around meters, the counterbores for the level control holes and the silk screening. Thus not anywhere as pretty as the Model ONE, yet.
Clearance inside on a stock PL400 chassis is good, better than the original meters on the stock faceplate.

The green ring power switch from TE comes in various colors, I like green with black but TE also has blue, red, white and yellow colors. The main power switch activates Don Imlay's triac switch product (gratuitous plug here) as it is only a 3A rated switch. I have yet to wire in the triac switch but will attempt to get that done later this week.

My god that's awesome! That green round switch is killer with the silver faceplate and those meters are swanigin ! Excuse me guys I got a bank to rob!
