BTW Lee, have you tried the Godiva squares (large bars that break into squares) that compete with the Ghirardelli squares? Very good too, give them a try if you haven't.
 
Oh, believe me Joe, if it's made and distributed in the USA and it's chocolate I have tried it or soon will. Have you tried Lindt's??
 
Yes the Lindt is excellent. I saw a modern marvels segment on the History Channel where they featured the Lindt manufacturing process from beginning to end. Very cool show.

Men, I grew up in Escanaba Michigan and there is a small family confectionery named Saykllys that has been a family business since 1906 that makes chocolate you will kill for.
