The readings are a lot lower then what you mentioned Joe, I think I would rather just get a correct one

Can I go ahead and plug this in and see if it blows the fuse? Do I have to reinstall the BR first or can it be left off?
You do not need a bridge rectifier to see if the transformer is OK.

True Lee, at least I know I have a damn fine chassis sitting here with a beautiful faceplate and meters for whenever Joe goodies can be done in the future. BIG relief
