If you need the larger 44x22 mm knobs, I have only found those on Ebay being billet machined in China. Perhaps there is another source but I have not found it yet.

These are very close. 38mm diameter and solid aluminum, not the the plastic with a thin aluminum shell. And these are made in Taiwan. $3.15 each.
