No Joe that's both relays powered up through the bench power supply set at 20 volts. The relay coils are in play. If the relay senses no DC the relays are allowed to close contacts. I'm measuring current during the relay coil activation and the period after the relay coils have closed the contacts. NO relays. NC on power to coil contacts.

Beautiful waveforms. The pic, 68volts---20K hz unloaded

20 hz-- 72 volts
200 hz -72.8 volts
2000 hz-72.6 volts

All above just before clip. Nice symmetrical clip, no overshoot or ghosts.

regulator, cool. All heatsinked trans, just warm. Time to load er up.

Load test is over, Both channels loaded with 400 watt , 8 ohm dummy load, Leader LBO-0308 s scope, Eico 377 sig generator, Fluke 179 meter.

20 hz---65.2 volts just before clip-----531.38 watts
200 hz--64.8 volts " " " " " ------524.88 watts
2000 hz-66.1 volts " " " " "-------546.15 watts
20,000 hz--58.6 volts " " " --------429.25 watts.

Jerry, it's a F(*&^%^ BEAST!!!!!!!!!!

The Highest wattage amp I've ever tested. Tomorrow we do the test listen. Amazing, and i was diving both channels loaded!!!!

What can the Polks handle??

Around 300W, depending on music source. Not too shabby tho!

Really I don't think you will get to the 300 watt mark unless your in a field. I have had mine to 1/2 and it was loud. LOL But very clear. I think you will pitch the yammy.

Sooo, do you have 2 "mules" or are you swapping the board in and out on the same amp??

Square wave response at 1000hz, both channels loaded at 8 ohms, both channels driven.
Needless to say this baby is stable, like Gibraltar.
