Don't get hung up on the "brothers" thing in a literal sense.

All the Ramone's had the same last name, but none of them were related.

Too many names run amok in my head. I don't pay much attention to the band members or their names just the music.
 
I have a feeling I know this one. Im seeing a guy beside a girl on that cover. Im thinking hair on fire on the cover as well.

The burning hair was not a hint but rather an asshat comment about what brains in overdrive to solve a puzzle do to ones head ...
