Move the thermoswitch wiring to run along the top along with the other red AC wires Ray.

I think where I am getting confused here is anything that has a line going to either a fuse holder or out the front of transformer (where the thermal wires come out) is AC and I thought the light board ran on DC so any wires coming out the back of the transformer was DC

OK so all wires that come out of the wopl backplanes and control board will be DC right?
Correct Ray.

The AC wires are the AC primary wires to the AC fuseholder and cord as well as the AC secondary that runs to the light board assembly.

Hi Ray
Can you get a better photo of the wiring in the area of the phono jack inputs please?

Yep, the old solid wire is tantalizingly close to the speaker grounds...

You talking about the heavy ground wire that is soldered to the rca jack ground buss? That was soldered to the old neg speaker terminal I just desoldered it from the old speaker terminal and left it did not solder it to the new terminal was not sure if I will need it with the new set up
