The distortion specs on the On-Semi M's that Joe tested made it abundantly clear the SJ 2741's and the XPL-909's are HISTORYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

Back on topic- the 4B is one amp Im considering for the future. My old Rotel 850 is only temporary and I need something with more guts. I almost got a 4B ST THX amp till the seller wouldn't wait a week for me to buy it and let another 2 people get dibs on it first. Can't blame him, but it was a sale I would have loved to have taken home. Won't come across that again.

I gave the info to that guy, I guess he found something else he'd like better to demo, so he's out. I tried, I can sell just about anything. Speaking of which...remember those big 10" reels, did you read the NuFinish thread? There might be a deal there.

Ok folks, the deal is done on the Bryston 4B in Denver. It will be picked up and paid for Monday. After I check it out and run it on my system to see how the White Oak 1000 stacks up to it (or not) the Bryston will be for sale. I have no use for another 250 WPC amp other than saying the White Oak can hold its own with it soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...............

I paid 799.00 for it, it's being picked up and transported as a favor by a friend, I had to kick in a little boot for gas money, so 850.00 is what I'll have in it. Anybody interested?? I would like to see it go to someone here, I've read nothing but good about em, and I suspect I'll have a few things to add to that also.
