In theory, it should quadruple the output.
The "theory" is based a few factors... mainly power supply regulation, and amp design. The theory assumes the power supply voltage will not droop and that the amp has enough current gain to drive the load. Most power supplies will droop and the driver and output stage will have beta droop, so your output power will not reach the theoretical 4 times.
The 700 is speced at 350 8 Ohm and 500 4 Ohm, so 1100 mono at 8 Ohm is right where it should be.
