Just get some good magnifiers for the eyeballs to see what you're working on. I've read that most people's hands shake out of phase so if you hold the item you're soldering with your left hand and solder with your right (I'm assuming you're a righty) the area that you're attempting to solder doesn't move relative to both hands. Simple! Nice clean joint everytime. :confused2:

there goes another light bulb.
I just hate these new light globes that we've been forced to use, since they stopped making incandescents.
they have the life cycle of a moth on heat.
.... and so bloody expensive.
if I had known they were going to pull the old ones off the shelves, I would've bought a couple of boxes of 'em.
 
Wow did the 2nd amp transform my humble dual 6 inch pioneer theatre speakers, WTF!!! I didnt know they had a 185 watt peak rating, never heard them sound so good. Combined with the Technics and Auditone drivers on the other amp (8 and 12inch respectively) Phono stage is AWESOME, got her cranked up now, not overkill, just nice and they handle it so well. Never been so sad though, talk about a bittersweet day.

The JBL Guy rejected my offer of $80, I can't afford it anyway. My grandfather passed away today and I need to spend that on money for fuel to get to the funeral on thursday, family comes first, its a two hour drive away (NSW).



 
Hey Derek, June 18th is always bittersweet for me too. 33 years ago today I was born, and 3 years ago today my old man passed away.
