To me it is Arlo Guthrie day. I saw him in Portland he wouldn't sing Alices Restaurant. Oh well I got to see him. Everyone else was messed up and I was hung over so I was probably the only straight person there. Have a good one. There is more to the story maybe another time.

Do tell that one, sounds like a hum-dinger of a tale! Lot's of hungover concerts are the best, you are in a zone to experience things you normally wouldn't understand otherwise hehe!!

Well it isn't AM; but we be jammin. Gotta try out the new toy. Now I just have to pay for it. Man seems like everything is hitting the fan. Just put some Thorpe Children Of The Sun Revisited on the CDP. Just doing a little Black Friday jammin. Why does my toys have to cost so much. Next will be Led Zeppelin How The West Was Won. That is my favorite CDs by them have to say they jam on that CD set. Just pulled the Carver CDP. Put a different one in. Put a tubed Grant Fidelity in. Did take a pic though.
Here it is. Will start jammin in a bit.

Good Morning all

I think it is cold here. Haven't been outside. We be jammin just a bit. Led Zeppelin " How The West Was Won" Great CDs if you ask me. The more I watch other bands I just sit in amazement. Jimmy Page is just great.Usually what I listen to is back ground music. I have to get another CDP. Don't think it will be a Carver though. Every once in awhile I have to stop and listen to them. This is one of my favorite CD pacs. Brings back memories. Riding around the back roads doing things our parents didn't need to know about. These Norman Labs are some definite Rock speakers. Reminds me of sitting in the barracks. Vice grips on the hinges and a towel shoved under the door. All the Mexican you could want for 20.00. These guys were so diverse in what they could play. The floor is vibrating. That is a 1st and I'm not even to half. Yes I am using spikes. My wife just closed my door. LOL I think a little bit more and I could open my window and wake up the neighborhood. Stuwee if I was there I would buy that 700B. Dude I'm not even hardly moving the needles. I can tell there is no work going to get done today. LOL This is just disc 1. LOL

Have A Good Day

Really I have had that amp over a year. The only thing I get is when I shut down a cap discharging goes through my speakers. This next year will be to get all my equipment up to new or better standards. It might take me all year to do it too. Have 5 or 6 decks I want fixed. Want the PL amp gone through with better caps and everything and the mod done. Need the meters cleaned or whatever. Maybe new ones. I may try that Audio Alchemy transport with the Music Hall DAC. Would like to get a better turntable. They say the phono amp on the PL 3300II is very nice. May see tomorrow. Crank some Black Sabbath " Never Say Die" Swinging The Chain. It is a great song and all I have is a LP of it. I did preorder the NIN LP.

Just put in some of Dr. Hook. Love these guys. The epitome of when I was growing up. Money is the word for the day. Big stupid argument 1st thing in the morning. Money to me is nice. My wife worries to much and 1st thing in the morning. I just woke up. Now her printer doesn't work of course that is my fault also. She pays no attention to what she is doing. I need to go to the Freakers Ball. LOL I'm out of one of my meds that keeps everything level and cool.

I worked on the garage yesterday. Getting it pretty clean. Gotta make room for the loaders.

This is a Greatest Hits of Dr. Hook. Brings back old memories that is for sure.

Have A Good Day

Good Morning Everyone

This morning we are doing Eagles Live. Man these speakers have come alive. I can hear the baritone in the background. Am putting a system in the garage today and getting it together for the mass orders that are coming this month and next. I have to redo 100 tapes. Everything including duplicate them again. Have to bulk erase them.

I have the CD with Hotrod Lincoln on it. I tried to find it. Man I'm gitting goose bumps listening to this. It sounds so real. These things have awaken. LOL

LMAO My cat hears the people screaming on the CD and wonders where they are. LOL She is looking at the speakers back and forth.

Well I have someone from my CDP telling me not to bogart that joint my friend. I think this was the 1st CD I recorded on the Phoenix tapes. Yes I'm in a better mood today. I feel alot better. May go see a friend of mine on the scooter today before it snows. Really though Frank is a junk CDP I think will go to the garage today. LOL Sam the deck is on the way. Shipped it today.

Was listening to a tape this morning to see if it was recorded right. Couldn't tell. It was some guy on a cheap synthesizer and singing. Must be a So Cal thing. I just didn't get it. My wife was even making fun of it saying I'm glad you have to listen to it.

Good Day Guys

I am in the garage this AM. I got the jukebox hooked up to the Walmart stereo. Listening to Midnight Oil. It has been awhile since I listened to them. Like years. Sorry Web I didn't stay and chat. I wasn't in the mood to type. Sorry about that. I cop an attitude when I mess up. I was never very good at it even when I was a mech. I know I'm not perfect ; but I just don't like messing up.

Have A Good Day

Well Good Morning
I have to go burn a Stevie Nicks CD. I was in the Garage listening to her. I'm in a half way good mood. Right now I have filler music going. So I'm just passing the time till I need another cup of coffee and a cig. Then I will burn the CD. Gotta get on my bad motor scooter and ride today to move money around. Then I can get to the W&F meter and PSU. And start packing the decks that people want.

Have A Nice Day

Well Hello guys.

I'm still listening to Stevie. Just like the sound the last couple days. I haven't played any Christmas music this year. Did decorate my weeping Crab Apple tree. It looks like Charlie Browns tree. LOL This refi has been working on me. This is the 1st morning in awhile I'm in a good mood. Then I read Oranges shopping list. LOL Haven't gotten to the other forums yet.

Have A Good Day

Just put in the #2 CD from how the West was Won. Gonna get some Moby Dick in a few minutes. Trust me today I feel like pushing the PL and the NLs. The NLs like that good ole rock and roll . We are at 4 clicks up and we aren't even moving the needles. Just knocking the dust off these woofers just a little bit. I wonder if I should put these on my deck and let every one hear. LOL

My cat is sitting on the back of my chair watching the speakers. LOL She always comes in here when the music starts playing. This has to be their best set of CDs. I like them alot and have alot of their music. To me this is the best.

Have A Good Day

Oh heck yea. We are at 95 decibels. No distortion. Can't wait for Lee to mod this PL. These speakers were built in 79 I think. Still going at it strong. When the amp leaves Larry goes to work. I will just change the caps and wiring. May take the L-pads out. And put binding posts in.. My cat is funny she loves to jam. You should see her on Umma Gumma. Her head swivels like it is on ball bearings.

What amazes me is that the norman lab 11s have 2 tweeters and no mid.
