Yea.... Real nice set of cabinets are hard to find..... Some where on here I got a build thread of how ya go about making a good K-horn great !!! somebody post that thread.. I can't even find my own thread !!!!

I read that thread a little earlier and I wouldn't have any problem at all with modifying them ... My question would be can the tweeter protect be applied to the ALKs all the crossovers I have changed have been changed to Bobs AAs for that reason ... unavailable diaphragms for the 77s ya know.
 
Don't have any for mine. Blew my K-77's up years ago and had to buy the CT-125's and some DE-10's. . Did blow a DE-10. Just a bit more than a K-77 diaphram which you can't buy anymore , correct. Bought my last K-77 Dia 4 years ago....

Thanks, I'm stoked I've been waiting for the right deal right situation and it came about had to disassemble them to get them out of the guys basement, probably why they been there so long and only down in Longmont CO.
 
Yes, have built a pair myself for Tim's Soniphase S6's , Kevin also built a pair. Good stuff....
