Thanks Brothers. Nando, the only thing that scares me is my Aunt quit cigarettes and 11 years later had to have a lung removed. She did not get cancer until a decade later after quitting. This will indeed be difficult for me, just in the last hour I have smoked at least 6... I tried the patches already, ended up smoking cigs right along with them. Both the stores in my town sell fireballs and I wipe out their stock as soon as they come in. For awhile, I used to pop one when I wanted a cig but now I am addicted to them also, makes the cigs taste better

Long road ahead of me I am thinking. I am going to call that 1-800-QUITNOW number and see if I can get free patches

Jason, if I could smoke a hooter everytime I wanted a cig I would. I could quit a lot faster
 
Let's consider the benefits of e-cigs, if you can get off the tobacco and paper, a little copper aint gonna kill you. I quit coughing and hacking the 3rd day doing e-cigs. feel great now..as an iterim transition thing I think it would help..

I tried them ecigs for a couple days . But that vapor dried my lungs out bad. I couldn't take it!!i had a vaporizer for a few weeks and sold that also. That vapor tears me up!! I need to try patch or gum. Or just quit being a little girl about it and quit!!!i did it once years back cold turkey it sucked but I did it for a year. Then started back up for no good reason!!

Heart rate was fine for a smoker @ between 57-61 bpm, respiration fine, heard nothing. BP was on the low side which is fine. Arm ache she is not sure about but said it could because I slept in a wierd position. She said I did not look like I was pushing 50, she figured 32 when I walked in at first. Looks like cigarettes have to go. This is going to be tough, very tough. She said stay away from the E cigs, they have copper and tin in the vapor and copper is not great for the body. She recommended Chantix but I have to see a doctor to get a script

Also recommended a prostate exam since I was turning 50, I said no thanks, not happening at least for now LMAO

Ron - I'm happy to see that you're ok! Good luck kicking the cigarette habit - one of the most difficult addictions to quit.

You should have gotten the prostrate exam while you had a female doctor! :tongue1:

I need the published specs of the average FC400 please, trying to recruit a guy who is looking for a vintage SS amp but he said his budget is $600. I said in his thread if he can come up a bit, he can get one built. I just gave basic specs off the top of my head, stuff I need is the printout stuff like Lee and Joe does showing all the details in testing

If someone is a subscribing member to Bartertown, I would appreciate your input posted. If more then one person jumps in praising the amps, it will add more credibility, especially with posted figures

I'm not a subscriber but if you go back to "Stephens 400 In For The Works" you should be able to pull all the test results off the thumbnails and repost them there...

We messaged back and forth a few times today and texted quite a bit lastnight watching the concerts on AXS lastnight, he did not mention it showing up to me. I am sure he will pop in here and let you know
