I just got a set of 700 rev C backplane boards and there is no electrolytic capacitors all film caps, my revA 400 backplane had electrolytic caps

Is C2 capacitor on the B- supply? I don't have a schematic of that rev backplane but on a 400 C2 is on the B- rail

You should use a 100 watt light bulb for amplifier DBT and around 25 watt for preamps
