Well what a coincedence. I just now got a notice that the Email I sent him last Wednesday could not be delivered. It was the Yahoo.com one from his site. So, as suggested I sent a PM. I guess I'll go ahead and get a Mouser order in for the parts.

Very cool. Sort of like a 400 series one faceplate on a series two amp. Looks really thick. It's nice to see the Dale resistors that Ed has mentioned too. I bet that would bring a bundle on ebay!
