Well here are some pics... got all the T nuts in for the back covers, you can see the template I made for the port hole and I have the baffles all laid out, tomorrow I will make the template for the speaker opening. The rockvilles got here today, they look good

Speaking of disappearing food.... If you have a freezer fill it with twinkies before they stop making them again. If you do they could be worth over $100 a pack on ebay, you could build many amps with the money you could make on twinkies.

I have one used to use it all the time for juke mech parts, I used to put some CLR and mean green cleaner in it and the parts came out shiny clean...

Just funin with ya Lee.... I have heard Altecs over the years, I had a neighbor who had a pair of sweet model 19's, and of course have heard Altecs in movie theaters, bar room bands, jukeboxes, and smaller concerts, but I have never heard K's any where... but I figure they must be nice or you...

I'm not mounting the T nuts into the MDF, if you look back you will see I made frames out of some ash planks I had here that I ripped down to 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 square pieces for the frames.. Ash will hold T nuts, that stuff is like wood steel, they make baseball bats out of it.... As far as the logo...

Been at a stand still here since I cut the panels. I had decided how I want them to look and a rough idea how to build them but not the fine details how to do it so they look good. My biggest concern was getting the hole in the baffle cut to look real clean where I will be mounting the driver...

MDF finally got here... got temp stands built to hold Altecs up till subs are done, finished putting braces in frames, got frames enclosed, not glued yet just fitted with a few screws.... heavy suckers
