I take it you have gone thru all of the other steps in the bringing up procedure and no issues, all voltages seem to be OK (106 on the rails...nice!) so it has to be in the backplane. You say the DBT stays bright when you put the last row of output drivers in...have you checked the transistors...

I finished the project and it came up like a champ. Joe really puts together a top-notch kit! I have been enjoying the sound for several months...would recommend it if you have the basic skills, patience and attention to detail that it takes.

I've got a stainless Mini-14 back in the US, sweet little gun. (Also have a .45ACP and a couple of others) Haven't gone thru all the hoops to bring it over here yet...but been thinking seriously about it lately.
