    I have a Dynaco system : Pat 4 , Fm 5 and ST 120 . They drive a pair of AR 6 great . In Pat 4 I had to replace the the power suppy cap due to hum . Use small diameter RCA plugs in Pat 4 due to the small clearance . I added a dual 8A relay on switched outlet to save power switch . Furthermore (...

    I see a label 240 VAC ( typical UK AC voltage ) and a neon bulb . To be sure the right thing to do is to use a Variac if you have . The mains connector probably is Bulgin , but I'm not sure . Ciao Marco

    PL2000 S2 Balance pot.

    A question related to PL 4000 series 1 . The volume pot is a 100k linear with a 39k across center and ground to have a log pot . But the pot is not connected directly to ground but via a 56 Ohm resistor . Why ? What's the reason ? Never seen in other applications . Ciao Marco
